Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 1 cup finely crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice cereal and crushed graham crackers. Pour the warm praline mixture over and stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes or until set.
  • Once set, cut into squares or bars and serve.
