Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon capers, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  • Stir in the chopped capers (if using) and fresh dill.
  • Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper as desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Give it another stir before serving with your favorite seafood dish.

Notes

Use high-quality mayonnaise for the best flavor and allow it to chill for enhanced taste.
