Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
Stir in the chopped capers (if using) and fresh dill.
Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper as desired.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Give it another stir before serving with your favorite seafood dish.
