  • 2 cups fresh green beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce optional
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish
  • Sesame seeds optional for garnish

  • Prep ingredients: Trim and cut green beans. Dice onion and mince garlic.
  • Cook ground beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Add aromatics: Stir in diced onion and minced garlic; cook until onion is translucent (3-4 minutes).
  • Incorporate green beans: Add trimmed green beans and cook until tender-crisp, stirring frequently (about 3-4 minutes).
